CAN Bus Integration
CAN bus configuration and motorsport electronics integration for Syvecs, MoTeC, Life Racing, and EcuTek systems.
CAN bus integration is the work of making motorsport devices communicate correctly — ECU to dash, ECU to PDU, lambda to ECU, GPS to the network, gearbox controller to everything that needs to know what gear you're in. When it's done correctly you have a system where the right data is in the right place, alarms fire on the right conditions, and the driver has what they need visible when they need it. It can also reduce I/O load on the main ECU by moving sensor data and device control onto the network instead of point-to-point wiring.
What does CAN bus integration work cover?
Dash Configuration
MoTeC C-series displays are the most common platform I work on. I also support Life Racing and Syvecs D-series displays and the Syvecs TinyDash. Custom layouts, alarm configuration, channel math, logging setup.

PDU and PDM Integration
Life Racing PDU and MoTeC PDM systems configured into the CAN network correctly. Device inventory, output mapping, I/O configuration, integration with the ECU for shared data.

CAN Network Troubleshooting
When a device is on the bus but not communicating correctly, or when adding a device introduces conflicts. This is diagnostic work and is quoted separately from new integration work.
